When can I check in?+
From 4:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Flexible whenever possible — just ask.
How does payment work?+
We accept credit card, MB WAY, and Multibanco reference. Your booking is confirmed as soon as we receive payment confirmation.
What if I need to cancel?+
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Between 7 and 2 days we refund 50%. In the final 48 hours we cannot refund but we'll always try to reschedule.
Are pets allowed?+
Yes, with prior notice and an additional cleaning fee. Drop us a message before you book.
