Booking Terms

These terms apply to all bookings made on casadoavocapitao.pt.

1. Booking and payment
   A booking is confirmed once we receive payment confirmation from EasyPay (card, MB WAY or Multibanco reference).

2. Cancellation
   Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
   Between 7 and 2 days before: 50% refund.
   In the final 48 hours: no refund, but we'll always try to reschedule.

3. Minimum stay
   2 nights by default; may be shorter on specific dates as configured.

4. Check-in / Check-out
   From 4:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Flexible whenever possible — just ask.

5. Guests and capacity
   The Marinheiro apartment hosts up to 2 guests; the Capitão up to 4. Capacity cannot be exceeded.

6. Pets
   Allowed with prior notice and an additional cleaning fee.

7. Damages
   The guest is responsible for any damages caused during the stay.

8. Jurisdiction
   Portuguese law applies. Jurisdiction: Comarca de Pombal.
