Data we collect
For your booking: name, email, phone, country of residence, address (optional), number of guests, notes to the host.
For payment: the payment is processed end-to-end by EasyPay (a SIBS payments platform). We never have access to your card data.

What we use it for
- Confirming and managing your booking.
- Tax and short-term rental obligations (SEF declaration in Portugal).
- Communicating with you before, during and after your stay.

Retention
5 years from the end of the tax year in which the stay took place, as required by Portuguese tax law.

Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. Requests to: reservas@casadoavocapitao.pt.

Technologies
No marketing cookies, no third-party analytics. Only a technical session cookie used by the staff backoffice (not visible to guests).
